“Recently, my partner and I visited for a celebratory couples massage. The receptionist was very friendly, and offered some water for the both of us upon signing in. Compared to most massage places I’ve been, I have to say this was a very untraditional massage, but relaxing nonetheless. For example, for both my partner and I they tuck the sheet that covers you into your underwear. Also, they mix hot stone, reflexology, and deep tissue massaging techniques. I’ve never had a guy massage me before so I was a little nervous but Owen did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable every step of the way. The music was tranquil and at a great volume. Out of their control, the other guest were just really loud and like clomped around at the end of their session so when you go, definitely try to be quiet when entering and exiting. The rooms are structured like doctor rooms but aren’t completely closed off (see picture), which is why you can hear quite a bit during your session. We paid $120 for two people. Overall, we enjoyed our experience! If you go and can request someone, definitely ask for Owen!”

I almost left but I am SOOOOOO glad I didn't. I've never done anything to my eyebrows except have them threaded. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 7 years now and when I say this is THEE BEST threading I have ever received. Moe did an AMAZING job! 👌🏾 because of the fact that it is a store it did get a little busy before it was time for me to get my eyebrows done, so I was waiting for a little while. So make sure you're not in a rush when you come. This is now my eyebrow spot!!”

“Booked a private outdoor tub for mineral soaking. They offer free herbal tea and towels. Lydia the front desk is very friendly and would patiently explain their products when you asked. In comparison to Carson’s, steamboats has softer mineral water, need reservations in advance, has 3 private restrooms/dressing room for outdoor tubs, has sauna room (needs to inform front desk when arrived, $10 on top of the soaking pass), and has message service. Overall, it’s a great experience.”

On top of that her energy is infectious, and she is honest. Do not expect to be up charged or talked into things you don't need. “My hairdresser, who I have been going to since 1994, unexpectedly broke her arm as my son and I were due for a new haircut. With her out for a month, we found Renew per recommendations. Even so, this was going to be a nerve wracking experience for us as change is not something that we enjoy. Originally, we were scheduled with Aimee but she became unavailable and we were moved to Reece. Every step of the way, the Salon kept in touch with me about our appointments: when Aimee couldn't make it, verifying that we would be there at the new time in texts, and when Reece was running late and asked if we could come in later. Reece made my son feel at ease and was quite friendly. For a first time doing our hair, she did an admirable job. If we ever run into a fix again, we will be returning to Reece and it was so nice to find someone to back up our normal hairdresser. Kudos to the entire operation at Renew.”

“This place is our little getaway and reset! Everyone who works here is AMAZING! The vibe of the salon is intoxicating (you won't want to leave), the stylists are all very knowledgeable and stay up to date with all the latest and greatest! “(Disclaimer:Never have stayed here but as far as I can tell they have pretty good rates.) Like I mentioned, I haven’t stayed here but I have been here for an event. This place has an amazing outdoor area with plenty of seating. They have a little bar room in the back and the staff here is very friendly. In fact, that was my favorite part. The people that work here were so nice and very attentive. They did an amazing job. The whole place looks really nice and they even have a restaurant inside. I can’t say I fully recommend until I stay here a night but based on my experience being here, I would say give it a shot! Rates seem to be fairly good as of when I’m writing this but you may want to check for yourself. I will update review when I stay here.”

“Sakura knows skin! My skin feels and looks amazing! Now coming into my 50's I can say that my skin is changing. I thought there was nothing that I could do to really improve it (rosacea, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, etc.). However, Sakura customized a facial based on my personal skin needs. She also suggested a dermaplane treatment and also removed a lot of pore congestion that I had no idea was there. It made my skin feel like a baby's bottom. My skin keeps getting better and better. As far as the environment, Sakura's space is perfect. The calming aroma, sounds, and the natural light, make you feel you are being transported into nature. That stood out from other spas where there are multiple customers and multiple estheticians which make me feel like I am in a production line. This isn't the case here. Sakura has a calming voice and she is also a great listener! I felt like she knew what my emotional needs were and helped me with removing the chaos in my bran and relax my mind. I plan on doing this on a regular basis from now on. My skin and my body and mind need it.”
