“Today was my first time getting a professional massage, I'm 59 and was a newbie. Being male, I was hesitant, well you know why. My masseuse was very friendly, has a great attitude and very strong hands. She found knots in my shoulders that I didn't know I had. Then it came time to turn over, yikes. She kept a towel over him while my legs were being taken care of, whew, embarrassment avoided. Because my shoulders were so tense, my full 60 minutes ran out before my foot massage, I'm OK with that, my shoulders were alot of work. I will visit this spa again in the near future, hopefully with less knots, my feet are jealous of my shoulders, lol. I highly recommend this spa.”

“Amazing experience - soaking in hot spring water for 45 minutes! Healing and relaxing in 90% pure spring water. 10% hot tap water is added to heat up the bath water to perfect 104ish degrees. The facilities are nice and clean. The tubs are the actual historic ones from the 30s which were restored and lined. Soaking in this water feels amazing and time flies - I could have easily doubled the time. There is a massage and other packages which I didn’t take advantage of this time. Interesting fact, while there are fresh springs and mineral water available for people to fill up our own containers, there doesn’t seem to be actual bottling plant. The water baring the Saratoga name is actually bottled in Main according to the bottle label - see the picture. Make sure to check out the restaurants suggested to me - pictures at the end of the post. Sweet Mimi’s apparently uses local ingredients including milk produced by local cows.”

It took me a days to figured this out because I did massage (deep tissue) but doesn’t work, then I try this reflexology, and it works good. The service was good with Russel, he will make sure if it’s too hard for you or not. 1 hour was really enough to me. And I recommend this place.”
