I have spots throughout my back, lower back and hips and she always finds the knots and works them out. You can absolutely tell her where you want her to focus and how hard or soft you need. She's very intuitive and also listens. The last time I left, I told her it felt like I just left a long session of therapy, you know the talking kind. And I made a breakthrough.
