She was extremely kind and patient during the procedure. Her use of numbing cream was highly beneficial. Your selection of a true professional for permanent make-up matters greatly! My original permanent eyeliner lady did not do numbing cream - ouch. And, perhaps even more importantly, the previous lady who did permanent eyeliner for me about 10 years ago made some mistakes. Patricia was able to clean her mistakes up as well. Please take your selection of a professional seriously. I cannot recommend Patricia highly enough. Please do consider her if you care about a clean and sterile environment, perfection in end results, comfort, proper color selection and honesty.”

I have been a regular customer for over 3 years and have never been less than completely satisfied. The salon is beautifully decorated with a welcoming reception room/waiting area, complete with a super comfy leather power recliner. Marlayna, the owner, is such a sweet lady. She immediately puts you at ease, and her massage touch is truly a gift. I would also recommend Tina, who is new to the salon but has been a massage therapist for several years. I would suggest trying both, as each has their own style. Both ladies are highly professional and experts at what they do.”

I have an obsession with black nails, and when she did not have the color she found one that was basically identical (a very dark purple) and by my next appointment she had bought a black polish- if this is not the best customer service then I have no idea what is! It took me many years to find her and I will not let her go!!! The salon itself is adorable, always clean and the staff is so friendly! Make sure you pop by there for a great experience :)”

“Kayla Neese is an expert at her craft! I was very nervous and anxious for my lip blush, and she made the process seamless! The pain scale I expected versus the reality was what really shocked me! I would say it was a 3/10 on a pain scale. It's totally worth it! The only thing I recommend is going darker than what you perceive the color naturally because, as she will tell you, it will fade after healing. The healing process was simple and explained thoroughly. Kayla made sure I completely understood what to expect during the session and after. I can't wait to go back for my touch-up and my lash lift!”

“Booked a couples massage and infrared sauna session. The sauna was the first service and once it was complete, we were told to get into robes and wait for our massage in the lobby. We waited over 15 minutes, undressed in robes while people walked passed us constantly. It was very uncomfortable. If the wait was going to be in a public space for more than a few minutes, it would have been better to be informed so we could wait in our own clothing so we didnt feel so exposed. Janet and April were wonderful massage therapists though!!”
