He treated me as if I were the first customer of the day! The next visit Ivan was already aware that I would be back! He was very informative and helpful! Both really cool gentleman! I felt both time as if I were being helped by a friend! The next time I visited the facility I met Chris and he too was very helpful and extremely polite! “I love the fact that the facility is well maintained. Access to my unit couldn't be any better with the help of elevators and hand trucks that are provided. The staff is always friendly with a hello or good morning. We have been renting our storage for over a year now and zero complaints. It is nice knowing that my belongings are safe and I don't worry about them at all with all the cameras that are available as well. I would recommend and have several times to friends about how nice the facility is.”

“Had to go pick up a chair for a friend that needed it right away. Delivery was going to take too long. Guys at the warehouse were helpful and friendly. There wasn’t a large number of people picking up so things moved quickly. It’s not exactly obvious where to go but you proceed to the east side of the building to the loading docks. Signs tell you what to do from there. The guys shrink wrapped and loaded the chair quickly and we were on our way.”
