I can log in, pay bills online, and text customer service. Simple, easy, no hidden fees. Everything is month-to-month so I can move out anytime without fees. Most other companies around here like to charge a ton of hidden fees, taxes, etc. This place doesn't even charge credit card fees, and makes it really easy to pay online or over the phone. The facility is always clean and the units are built really well so I don't have to worry about anything. “Got here at 630am cst, they open at 730 am cst. At 715am they unlocked the front door so i could put my BOLs in their box for whomever to retrieve, at 730 am i was told to enter for unloading. It's 750am and I'm half unloaded. 24 bundles of 20 ft rebar. My BOLs were signed and given back during the unloading process. That's my experience here.”
