“Used this facility for short term storage when listing a house for sale. No issues, just had a 5 x 10 room. Staff was very helpful (kudos to Harry M. for help with a cart and closing out the rental). Room was clean and dry; location was convenient, access was fine, etc. Hints/Tips for owners: prorated refunds for partial months would be nice. Also, the placement of the keypads for the gate is a bit awkward - you need to swing left to access the keypad, then turn back to the right to go through the gate.”

He was able to customize where we wanted our two containers dropped off, then he stored them for use for over 1yr while we were dealing with a home purchase. Then, even during COVID, he was able to deliver to our new home, put exactly where we wanted them & for as long as we needed to unpack! His storage yard is secured with a high chain link fence and monitored with cams/ccv! His prices were very competitive, in fact he was the most affordable in our area! The owner and manager of this facility were wonderful. They were also very patient with me teaching me how to work the gates locks and the door to my locker. I am very pleased with these folks and you will be too. I can drive right up to my unit. The parking lot is very clean with lots of security cameras. i feel very safe here.”

“I've used this company three times---to move to Fremont 13 years ago, when I had my wood floors refinished in 2017 and needed temporary storage for my furniture, and to move to Virginia in July 2022. I've always been very happy with their service and price. This year Scott Link oversaw my move on the Fremont end, and Jose Ruiz supervised the move on the Virginia end. Both bent over backward to make sure I had everything I needed and that things went smoothly. They're both unflappable in what is often a stressful time for the person who is relocating. LOL My parents had two successive buses stored here and me and my husband have stored our Airstream here and even stored (temporarily) a semi tractor. The staff has always been wonderful and helpful in every way possible. There is propane onsite, a dump station and inside and outside storage. We just met Sally this past week who is the new office person and love her already! Vicki and Kelly became friends over the years - they worked there and have now moved on to other jobs - the point being there is a family kind of feeling among the folks at Three Rivers. My Dad recommend them to me and I’m passing that recommendation on to everyone who reads this. Great place. Great people.”
