“Excellent customer service. I stopped into this establishment to check their rates and availability. Staff were so pleasant and welcoming that I decided to put a deposit on a unit. I moved in months later and was pleasantly surprised to get the same level of great customer service, even though there was a new staff member. The manager (lady) who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The unit I initially selected looked differently so I wanted to see other options. She showed me at least two additional units and was willing to clean one out within a day if I selected it. My lock was too small, so she loaned me a bigger one until I returned the next day with my own lock. I appreciate all that she did to ensure I was completely satisfied. It was always easy to move things in and out without a hassle. Parking is also easy--even when things are busy. Lots of places to park to load or unload. My storage needs changed over time (different types of items) so I was a fairly regular visitor--and always appreciated the friendly staff and top-notch facility. Well worth the price, IMO.”

The Packed Out Content Boxes are placed in a Climate Controlled Secured Storage Facility until are professionally returned to their original places in the property. On a Scale of 1 -10 (10 being the Best) They absolutely deserve a 10 in my opinion. I would highly recommend them for any project where a Pack-out is required.”
