We have changed unit sizes a couple of time’s and they were very accommodating for us. The front office associate are awesome to work with. I am very happy with the new larger units that have been added to this location, I also like that I was able to pay for 12 month in advance and not have to worry about it each month. “The office for this facility is at the corner of W Main St and Ligon Mill Rd. I needed a small unit and the woman in the office, Rachel, was very helpful. The rental process was very simple and affordable. I will say that when I looked on the website, I didn’t see that there was a mandatory insurance fee. They have the insurance available at $9/mo. Also, it showed that the rental fee for a 5x5 unit was $25. That was the introductory rate for 2 months. Not the perpetual fee. The location is very convenient and easy to get to.”
