The locks are very complicated, but Sean spent at least 30 minutes with me to make sure i could do it. I have this 4 stars, but only because of the challenging locks - Sean would get 5 stars.”

“Great staff, reasonable rules, affordable prices. They have a huge selection of units. The climate controlled units are easy to access and very spacious. They close at 9pm, so that can sometimes be a frustration, but in the end I'm calling it a plus because it sets a clear cut-off point for all traffic and prevents people from causing trouble in the wee hours. Wonderful experience, would gighly recommend.”

“Love the clean units & location. Just moved stuff in last week but can't get in touch with anyone to pay my bill. My daughter originally got it for me until I got moved here. She pd first month to reserve it but now that its due they auto drafted her account on due date. Ive left msgs & no callback yet to get this in my name. Reviews say customer service is good so we'll see how it goes. I may change my rating. FOLLOW UP...Greg did get in touch with me and my billing account was resolved. No problems. Greg is a super nice guy and I'm still using the units. I forgot to mention that he didn't have the size I needed available at the time I rented but instead let me have 2 slightly smaller units for the same price as the large one, so I actually have more space. Thanks, Greg!”
