“Petty's recovered my wife's car after a minor wreck due to the recent winter storm. She was very grateful for their professionalism and assurances the car would be safely stored until we could get it. I went by to pay the bill and take the car but the right rear tire was flat and beyond repair. The staff stated they don't really work with flat tires but got a floor jack and pneumatic wrench and changed the bad tire for the spare anyway. That was much appreciated. While we never want to need a wrecking service, I would recommend Petty's if you do.”

“Just like any first time delivery, finding out where to check in and unload is the most difficult. After that, it is a very simple and straightforward process for a bulk unload. My only issue has been employees parking their personal vehicles in the area designated for bulk unload. I usually takes 20 to 30 minutes for the employees to be notified and move their vehicles so I can position the trailer and hook up to the silo. Aside from that, everything else is great. The area is easy to navigate, check in and check out is fast, and they offer visitor restrooms in close proximity.”

“I had to find storage for my mom's stuff that there wasn't room for in her apartment. She actually lives in another town, but with all the flooding storage was hard to find closer to where she lives. This is about 30 minutes away. The wonderful woman (whose name I forgot, I am so sorry), knew I was stress out from the moving and things associated with it and said she had a unit. She was so friendly and helpful. She even led us to the unit. She made the last bit of the move for my mom much more tolerable. We were even able to turn in the U-Haul when we got done. She took care of changing the drop off location for us so we could drop it off there. I highly recommend.”

“I have two units with these guys and I am happy with both of them. I have a 10 by 30 in Gas City and a 10 x 20 in Marion and have been with them for well over a year. “Arrived at 8:00am for 9:00am appt. Check in at office in the building by the road with truck and trailer license plate and trailer # and was directed to the dock where it took 30 minutes total in and out. No overnight parking. People are nice and quick here. Would definitely deliver here again! If you come from 5th St. Take right on D St. then take the 2nd entrance and pull in front of the building by the street to check in that way you can pull up through the 1st entrance and straight back to dock.”
