Eve was extremely personable, professional, and patient with us as she explained how to access the Facility with Our "Personal Code" and also explained the billing/payment process/options!...Eve was ever so kind to find us a Unit close to the Loading Dock, and even graciously provided an "Upgrade" from Our requested 10 x 10 space to a larger 10 x 13 space at no additional charge!...We have made 4 visits to the facility over the past three weeks, bringing personal effects, and on each occasion, the Facility has been easy to access, utterly immaculate, well-lit, and a pleasure to utilize with the convenient "Loading Carts" available for Client use!...THANK YOU for Everything, EVE...we are so very delighted that we chose Grafton Self-Storage to store our personal effects!......
