Let me tell you, I have been in customer service for over 15 years and NEVER has anyone EVER more Perfectly handled my needs like this lovely young woman Rose. She made my heart smile all the while diligently handling the business portion of the storage unit, even recommended a great restaurant. Not a single step taken without care, concern, and commitment to the customer. In this business recognizing a valuable asset is instantaneous and Rose posses that spark that has me telling others about our interaction and the impact she left me with. I did not rent the right size unit and Ms. Rose stayed after close to ensure I received exactly what I needed. She was friendly even though I knew she was ready to go as we all are at closing. I appreciate her friendliness during the whole process and made a very stressful day so much better. Ms. Erin was a dream to talk to as well and I would highly recommend this location for not only the facility but the friendliness of the staff. Thank you!
