Drop and Hook. Easy in and out. They don't receive on Fridays so you may have to leave paperwork in the mail box by the receiving door. Some times they have empty trailers for us. Sometimes not. Always friendly employees. Can sleep in truck in parking lot if you have no hours left to run.

I would like to thank Annella and Greg (Manager) for going above and beyond to assist my family.

When opening my daughter's vanity I noticed the vanity mirror was broken on Christmas Eve. Of course, she saw the vanity when waking Christmas morning only to have a beautiful vanity table and no mirror sitting under the tree.

Today, December 26, I phoned and spoke with Annella at the distribution center only to find out the warehouse was closed. She asked me to hold for a moment. When she returned she asked if I could meet the manager (Greg) to replace the damaged mirror today between 1p-2p today?

Able to look around without any hassle. Found what I wanted. Then called a sales person. Paid for the chair I was buying, paid and done. Perfect experience.
