Then, when our van was unexpectedly ready ahead of schedule, I returned the car early. They gave me a discount for the early return - which I did not ask for or expect. Wonderful service! Would return here again. (Also they were not pushy about extra insurance like I've heard happens some places, and, when we looked over the car before, the condition report was thorough. I felt confident I would not be charged for any prior scratches or minor dings.)”

Storage unit was clean(NO BUGS) and facility is simple and functional. Lots of maneuvering space unlike the over crowded driving and maneuvering areas in other facilities around this area. Customer Service is off site but is fast to respond to any calls, etc. They have been helpful and great. Only issues are pretty minor: 1) HUGE pothole right at entrance that is very hard to miss as you try to enter or exit. It is so deep and large that it can do some very real damage. Has been a year and not repaired. 2) Unit had holes in walls and part of unit internal ceiling (not the actual roof of the building) is falling in. These are cosmetic issues only and they do not appear to allow any rail, etc into the unit. The repairs from before we rented the unit were not well done and are literally falling off in the heat and humidity we have around here. We have been very happy so far with our unit and the customer service.”

“The park is well laid out and clean. We came in on Saturday, when the office is closed. The park sent an app. To get into the laundry and showers, but I could not get the app to work. Common problem I am told. Other than that, the park is quiet and easy to get into. I would suggest getting hold of someone in the office during working hours to make sure to have access to the amenities before arriving if arriving late or on the weekend. The cost of staying is fairly high to not have access to everything. There is somewhat of a kitchen is the same area as the laundry. Showers/bathroom and laundry/kitchen are extremely neat and clean. I would definitely stay here again.”

Today I had chicken sausage gumbo. It was some of the best, that I have tasted! You won't be disappointed”
