“Artisan has long been my favorite wine store in the bay because of the amazing quality and variety of their selection. But what prompted me to write this review was the phenomenal customer service from David on my most recent trip. I had a goal to learn more about French wine growing regions and wanted to assemble a case within a target budget to help with that goal. Despite the store being busy with multiple tasting events, David enthusiastically leaped up to help with our activity. The thought he put into each recommendation, the explanations he gave of what and why, and how well he met the objective and budget exceeded any expectations I had going in. Just a fantastic experience - David and the team really know their wine and are passionate about helping customers.”

“Walmart partnered with a company, OSL. They offer a full line of services and is the best place to get a new cellphone! You can get your phone upgraded, start a new line of service or add a new line with AT&T, Verizon and US Cellular! They have "Walmart instant savings" on most all the cellphones in stock and can save you a ton of money! They saved me so much cash when I got my son an apple iPhone 13 for just $179 and I got an iPhone 15 Pro for FREE, I only had to pay $73.43 for taxes and trade in my old phone! The OSL employee got my service switched to both phones and moved over all my stuff from our old phones to the new ones while we were there. It was super fast from start to finish it took about an hour to get both phones upgraded and out the door! The OSL lady was so nice and answered every question I had and then some! 14 day return policy for any reason is the best so if I wasn't happy I could bring the phones back for a full refund no questions asked! Now that's a great service!”

On the way down to Anchorage I stopped through the other day and was blown away at how much they’ve expanded the storefront has expanded, and how many blades they’ve added to inventory. The staff are all super nice and very courteous… and they have a ton of knowledge about the knives they’re selling. No-pressure experience, and happy to show you anything you’d like to look at. I rolled my eyes and went in with the rest of my group - expected it to be lame and uninteresting - and boy was I wrong. Now every time we go I wonder what the next addition to my sock drawer will be. Something crass? Nervy? Funny? They also have bamboo selections for comfort as well as foot odor control.
