“We were heading to Ohio hunting and my tire kept losing air. We called a near by Mavis and got a lot of I don’t know and maybes on the repair. Made a call to Sloat spoke to Todd and he said come right in and gave me turn by turn directions off I90. Met Mike at the counter and he got us right in knowing we were heading to Ohio. When we all thought I ran over something, it ended up being a valve steam. Mike still had them redunk the tire to make sure. We were back on the road in 25 minutes. Awesome people!!!”

“I had recently purchased a few year old Fibersteel Boat Lift for my new dock at Lake of the Ozarks. One of the things that was not working properly on the lift was the Firstmate control unit. Fibersteel contacted Firstmate to get in touch with me. It was just a couple of days when Firstmate contacted me. The service response to repair the unit was very fast and the service tech was at the house within a few days of calling me. Chris couldn’t have been nicer while at the dock and repairing the unit. He even gave me a ride to the public boat ramp so I could pick up my car after launching my boat earlier in the morning. Thanks Chris I appreciate it. And thanks to Firstmate for responding so quickly and repairing the unit.”

I have found the filter system does a fantastic job of producing great, fresh very clean water no matter how harsh the incoming water is. My husband got a cold brew and it was a bit better. The breakfast egg sandwich was OK. Deli meat was just not the freshest and the avocado wasn’t real avo... It was just packed guacamole, very sour. I would love to go back because it’s close to us. But I don’t think we will.🥹 after the first experience”
