“I have been purchasing porta-johns from United for the last few years through the construction firm I work for. I never really thought twice about it. We had switched from another company after a bad experience. Recently, a service person on my jobsite needlessly damaged my customers' lawn. I reached out twice to no avail. The third time I called, I asked to speak to someone about the issue, and began getting frustrated because I had to reimburse my customer out of pocket. At the time of writing this, (CoVid 2020) - I realized that they may have some of the same business and pipeline issues we face as a contractor. On my third attempt, I spoke with a young lady who connected me with the local manager in Mount Olive, NJ (I think), and I have to say; He actually gave a s--t. I explained the situation, he didn't give me any guff back, and he just wanted to make the situation right. The manager was so customer service oriented, and realizing we are in the same position, he offered to pay what I was going to give the customer as a credit for landscape work. I was so thankful, I told him to credit me half (I accept that in construction there is an inherent risk by inviting 3rd parties onto a customers' property). I was very much impressed; from the upfront greeting to the end of the call. I was so thankful that this experience turned out positive: a mistake was made and they went the extra mile. I find the experience to be deserving of praise. Thank you!”

“We spent two days diving with Aquanutz and had an amazing experience with Captain Blair. We received a detailed fossil identification briefing and learned about Florida’s rich geological history. Blair put on some great spots and we were very pleased with our finds. Cold beverages, loads of snacks, and Aquanutz even provided cozy jackets to warm up in between the dives.
