“Superb Experience! Although I live Waco, Texas, I decided to buy an 08 Wrangler on OVE. I booked a flight and headed out. Wayne stayed in touch with me from the beginning. He suggested I let him send a driver instead of taking Uber. Leo drove 1 hour to Baton Rouge and was there before I landed. When I arrived, I was introduced by Bob to the lady at the desk who helped complete paperwork. Quickly I was taken out back and driven around until we found my Jeep. The young man even secured my temp tag for me. Wayne, this was an awesome experience. The Jeep is awesome with absolutely no issues. I made it home by midnight. She was friendly, polite, professional and very communicative. We had an initial small issue with the wrong color being ordered for one of our group's jacket by another worker but Jackie promptly caught this in advance of the due date, truthfully explained what happened and quickly fixed the error and ensured that all the jackets arrived promptly. Overall, their service was excellent and prices were definitely more reasonable and affordable than any other location within the 30 mile radius this shop is located.
