“i scheduled a short hair cut which includes shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, and hair cut at $25. however, i was immediately seated at the salon chair rather than the shampoo chair. i assumed she would ask what i want and then take me to the shampoo chair but instead she started cutting my hair. long story short, i was charged for an express cut which is $35. i definitely should’ve spoken up and let her know that i wanted my hair washed but i assumed she knew what i wanted from my booking. i felt as this if she dismissed my booking because she had another client in a different chair but i’m not sure. all of this to say, my haircut is still really cute and i’m happy with it! however, i’m really disappointed i spent $10 more then i wanted because i wasn’t able to tip her more than $5. i definitely recommend this salon but make sure they know what you want.”

Everything from the online adds would have me working over the phone and computer, no one on one in person. I also was unable to receive informed counsel on how my insurance would or would not cover things. I decided not to go that route and went back to O’Connor Hearing and couldn’t be happier. One on one personal time on what choice was best, I even knew what my out of pocket costs would be at the first appointment. I proceeded with the purchase and at delivery had close to another hour of private one on one time for fitting and sound adjustment. Here’s my main point, NO way would an over the phone or on the PC experience could have matched the service I received! I believe my cost was less than 2 of the online offers, I have a local resource for service issues and mostly peace of mind that someone has vetted the product for me. Happy all around!”

“I have been to this place before and is was delicious, but yesterday was a WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY… Every thing look so good, and I got what I had last time, s’mores filled cone. But yesterday was filled(like a lot) with ice cream. That might not seem like a big deal, but It’s given me and my mom’s stomachs the runs. My mom had the brownie ice cream. Which also had soft serve. The soft serve and had something wrong with it or the machine was dirty. I hope next time I come the soft serve is actually good.
