“1000% Shout out to Norman!!! I’m Driving through on my daily car wash and the glare from the sun bounced my signal for my premium wash to the car in the next lane. Immediately Norman assessed and reassured me not to worry. The person that received my credit for the Premium wash wanted to drive through and was asking Norman “why can’t I keep it, it’s mine” he says. Norman went above and beyond in handling this situation. He professionally advised all persons what needed to be done to correct this error and make me whole. He safely directed the cars and the guy in question and myself exchanged places so I could receive my rightful premium wash that I pay for monthly and advised the other customer to drive through again so he could pay for his wash. “This place is a fashion sewist’s dream and well worth the trip. Each room is filled with designer fabrics from Italy, France, NYC and beyond. I thought the prices were more reasonable here than what you’d find for similar fabrics in the Garment District in New York. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner. I love the fact that they also offer classes, and while I was in town I took advanced patternmaking classes with Susan, who really knows her stuff. The store works hard to foster a sense of community with local fashion sewists by hosting a monthly Show & Share session. I really wish there was a Pennie Fabrics in my area!”

They get back to you within 2 hours or less on the needed repairs. If you’re there without a lift, no problem, there’s a clean, spacious lounge with big comfy chairs for catching up on emails, paper work, or making calls or just kicking it and catching the game on the big screen tv.
