“I am a property manager from the Pocono Mountain region of Pennsylvania. I have purchased over 20 hot tubs from the Spa Guy over the past 9 years. All of the hot tubs are currently still in use. Keep in mind, our hot tubs get weekly use virtually all year long. The quality of the hot tubs are excellent. The sealed filter system works incredibly well. A previous review mentioned the insulation is shrink wrap and spray foam. It is a plastic wrap with spray foam and it works very well. If you understand what makes an efficient insulation system, you would know that by just adding thicker closed cell foam does always increase the efficiency. Creating air and insulation breaks gives the best R value results. The Spa Guys type of insulation system works great for our colder climate region and provides a system that makes maintenance service very easy. Their customer service is excellent and they answer the phone when you call. Highly recommended this company for an affordable quality hot tub.”

He was very helpful from the start and gave me all the details I was asking for as I was coming from Riverside and wanted to make sure the car met my expectations. He confirmed everything for me. Once I got there, he was very welcoming and made me feel as if I was buying a car from a family member. There were couple cosmetic issues on the car. He agreed to fix it without any hesitation and even offered to deliver the car all the way to me in Riverside. It was a great experience dealing with Martin as he is honest and very helpful. “One of my favorite places to stop in for a burger and fries when I'm out for a ride on the bike, love going here because with my disability it is nice and quiet and I don't have to deal with lots of noise like most restaurants and I'm supposed to be traveling with my service dog for my seizures and alot of the other places want to give flak over service dogs even though it's against the the law for registered service dogs. Never had that issue here. I lost my older service dog and now have a new one who is now fully registered and ready to start her on riding with me also. She does great in car everywhere we go, So if you're disabled you will love this place for a quick easy place if you're out and don't want to deal with waiting at other places, my anxieties get to me in crowded places and I live in glen rose and I'll ride all the way to walnut springs just for a burger at this store because I don't like crowded places.”
