“I had the unfortunate bad luck of having my sliding door to my deck shatter at 11 o'clock in the evening. Both panes of glass were broken through entirely. It was raining and sleeting that evening and I had to cover the door with a large piece of sheet rock that I happen to have had. My home was open to the elements and Mahopac Glass went out of their way to solve my problem. Drew came by with one of his workmen and replace the glass in the next morning. He definitely went out of his way to solve my problem. He and his coworker were extremely friendly open hearted and did an amazingly beautiful job of cleaning the area as well as installing the glass. He also adjusted the door to make it slide better because it was not properly installed in the first place. All of this was done in a very friendly upbeat and rapid fashion but with a great deal of pride . He would not leave the job without making sure the door worked perfectly and now I have a beautiful view of the coming spring as well as a secure home. I am way past satisfied with the results and extremely grateful to work with a business that operates with the ethics that have long been lost in many other businesses”

Well, I found it here at Design Deluxe. After being jerked around by another company it was refreshing to work with honest, hard working people that got things done quickly. Watching Jason at work measuring and envisioning what the space could look like gave me great confidence and he really came through. He brought several materials and options to my condo to choose from and everything turned out great, especially the custom tile shower. I was impressed with his level of detail and making sure everything was done how he would have wanted it as if it was his own home.
