There's a butcher, seafood, and deli department as well as a vast variety of items such as grocery (local/international), frozen items, packaged meats/seafood, dairy, beverages - including beer & wine, and many more. Though the supermarket does have pretty good sales prices; the majority of the items, especially those that I frequently purchase, are priced a bit too much for me and I can definitely get them cheaper elsewhere. Nonetheless, this can be a pit stop if I need to get a few items and I happen to be in the area.”

These kind of carts have a weight limit and may be signs should be put on them that the buggies are for ONE person only. I've seen women allowing their kid to ride on it or in the cart.
