“Villa Di Gioia outside of Temecula was a fabulous place for my family of eight adults and two small children to gather for an extended stay. The home is stunning with many dramatic architectural details inside and out. The stonework and the views of the surrounding wine country add to the entire ambience. The large great room and kitchen allows for easy gathering and delightful meal preparation. The dining table seats a large group and doubles as a great place to enjoy board games, while just steps away from those in the great room and kitchen. The home is very large but also offers smaller spaces for quiet conversations or reading. The views from the expansive patio delighted morning coffee drinkers and those enjoying a late afternoon glass of wine. Plus the good folks at Barefoot Vacation Rentals were quickly responsive to any questions and concerns. Can't wait to stay at this beautiful home again!”

He helped us get it all figured out and then moved things around to be able to take our entire group on a tour. The trip was fantastic. Chris was very funny. “This year was the second time I have stayed at these cabins with a family of 27 adults and kids included. We rent out the entire place for a week...and we LOVE LOVE LOVE it here! The cabins are clean and you can walk a few minutes down to their dock and jump into the lake. The kids love it because they're in the water all day and some of them love to fish off the dock. They also have kayaks you can use (free)..so much fun!! There is a private beach with floats and chairs if you want to tan or just sit and read a book. They have a few fire pits so at night we all gather together and it's just a great time for the family. They have a basketball/tennis court set up, volleyball nets set up and a ping pong table. Cannot forget to mention the laundry room that you can use and is filled with board games to play! The place is not far from the grocery store and close to town. The owner and Christina who manage the place are very kind and willing to assist if you need anything. We will be back next year! Thank you Timberlane Cottages for having us!!”

“Gary took 8 of us on a private trip to Tallahassee from Jacksonville after hurricane Dorian forced our game to be moved. We had no way to get to Doak Stadium and were worried we may miss the game but Gary came through in a big way for us. He secured us a luxury 9 passenger van and arrived promptly at 7am so we could make the 2 1/2 hour trek to the game. The van was very clean and he was thoughtful enough to include coolers with ice and some cold drinks for us to enjoy on the ride. He also let us charge our cell phones and told us interesting stories about the Jacksonville and beyond area. We enjoyed his company so much that we insisted he join us for the entire game once we arrived to Tallahassee. I plan to bring my wife and son back to Jacksonville soon and when I do I will definitely be taking another Tour with Gary. He was without a doubt the best guide ever and really came through for our group. More than a guide I now consider him a friend. Thanks Gary! A+”
