“I come to Tahoe each Fall for a month or so. We walk down from Carnelian Woods for exercise and views of the lake. I used to order the Breakfast Burrito (which is excellent) but now am satisfied with a superb fresh-baked Scone and delicious coffee. Waterman's is the perfect place to wake up, enjoy watching the dogs play, and have a light breakfast on the patio.”

“We had such a great time, definitely a highlight of our vacation. They rescheduled us twice to ensure we would be able to see sharks, which is was nice of them to do so we weren’t paying to see nothing. Our 3 yr old didn’t get in the water but sat with one of the workers on her lap watching the sharks the whole time (I didn’t catch her name, but she was awesome!). We really appreciated this so that we could experience the sharks with our older daughter. Saw quite a few sharks and even saw some whales. Will definitely be coming back for another tour on our next trip to Hawaii!!”

The room smelled fantastic (like cleaner) and was super clean, the sheets were freshly washed and tucked, and the towels were cleaned recently as well. The bathrooms were super nice, had hot water (quickly too) and GREAT water pressure in the shower. The attendants at the front desk were nothing but friendly each time we saw them, and asked if we needed anything. I really only have two complaints, and they’re completely minor in relation to how CHEAP it was to stay here. The first is that the towels were like super small and threadbare, but still worked. The second being the breakfast, it was subpar (there was no waffle batter left, no milk, etc.) but it was passable and again, for the price, we couldn’t complain. Overall, a lot of these reviews seem to be either inaccurate or entitled. We loved our stay here!”

Chris, his staff and our group leader, Charlotte Van Horn, were exceptional hosts and gave us an experience that I will never forget. I have too many wonderful memories to share, but from the time we arrived in country, we were treated to FIRST CLASS service, beginning with the distribution of Oshibori towels to cool us as we entered the hot & humid tropics. “My wife, daughter and I wanted to get certified for PADI Open Water Diving for an upcoming trip. However, my daughter is a high school student, a volunteer firefighter and extremely active at church. I was afraid that working around her schedule would be a problem. This was reaffirmed when I called a few local scuba shops. However, Bruce was able to work around our schedule and get us certified quickly. Our class size was small and the instruction was top notch. Bruce is a great teacher and is extremely patient. My wife had some reservations about performing some of the skills and Bruce was always reassuring and gave her the time that she needed to complete the task which helped to boost her confidence. I'd highly recommend Bruce for the Basic Open Water Diver Course and will be using him for future certifications.”

“My family had a great time at the visitor center. The drive in was scenic and the kids enjoyed looking at the history and exhibits as well as the gift shop area. The weather was beautiful so we took a walk over to the chapel as well. The chapel is currently under construction, but the walk was beautiful and we enjoyed looking at the statues along the way.”

“My husband and I stayed in Sonrisa 5 last June and had a WONDERFUL week. The condo is beautiful and roomy. Great view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Laundry facilities came in very handy. We had such a great time we are going back this summer. Will and Scott Roeper were great to work with. We LOVE this place. We used to stay in Sand Key but will not go back after experiencing the beauty and tranquility of Belleair Beach 💗”
