“Dr. Christo took care of my elderly dog who hated going to the vet's office. He made home visits! When it was her time, she was able to pass in the comfort of her home with me. Dr. Christo made sure that I was ready to let her go, even though we both knew the need. We scheduled an appointment. He was on time, empathetic, and compassionate. He returned my sweet companion's cremains. He was our vet for 5 years. I highly recommend him.”

“The staff and vets are amazing! The only complaint that I have is price. 750.00 for yearly shots and check up is highway robbery. I will do anything for my old boxer but when your vet bill causes you to skip a car payment and go without other things, that’s just crazy. I can understand if it’s an emergency with X-rays and lots of testing and all. But for basic yearly shots? I will continue to take my baby to them because they are wonderful with her and know her conditions. Just don’t understand why such basic things are so very expensive.”

“We just put my minpin down, due to an unexpected dog attack. Each and everyone of these staff members did everything they possibly could for her life. The doctors here are amazing. They just thought my Cali girl was the sweetest thing, she might have been a little sassy, but they all rooted for her. She was a priority because of her wounds and her severe condition. Even when they were busy they found a time to talk with me and explain everything. Even on the worst day, they made us feel very comfortable and accommodated us 100%. I recommend this animal Hospital to anyone in need of a good place to take their pet in need.”

“I am fairly certain that this place saved our budgie's life. He suddenly started acting sick on Christmas night and wouldn't move or eat the following day. We knew that if birds appear sick it's usually too late to do anything so we had to act fast. There weren't any vets open in our area (Pittsburgh, PA) that could see him urgently, so we made the 3 hour drive to this hospital. They took him in and treated him urgently, keeping him warm and supplying him with life-saving fluids and medications. If we hadn't taken him here I don't think he'd be with us today. They felt that he was ready for discharge the next day but we kept him in their care for an extra day because we wanted to be absolutely sure that he had recovered and cost wasn't an issue when it came to this little guy. Today he's doing much better, back to his old self and we couldn't be happier. The staff here is incredibly professional and they treat their patients with the utmost care. Although I hope we never have to take any of our pets here again, we would gladly drive the distance and spend the money needed to give them the top quality treatment that is offered here. Big thanks to the staff and facility for the great work you do. Thank you.”

“We have 2 English Bulldogs and as most know they require special care from their Vets because of being high risk breed. I can say without reservation this is an AMAZING place to take your animals. They have operated on BOTH my dogs, (they like to swallow things), and they treated them like they were their own. No appointments needed and if emergency they see you when walk in door. “Our kitten wasn't acting herself so we brought her into Bartonville Veterinary for a check up. When we walked in we were greeted with a sign welcoming my precious baby into their family. After the exam they requested to keep her for some tests. Dr. Cordero personally called to go over results. After further testing the unexpected phone call came in. They stayed into their lunch hour to give us time to grieve and spend time with our baby. The vet was honest and the staff were all very understanding. We had expected to take our Malibu home, but I did not want to be selfish and her to be in pain any longer. They gave us all the options for her aftercare. It was a horrible outcome, however they have earned my trust and we will return with our other fur babies.”

“They have the best grooming services for dogs that need a little extra love and care. My nine year old shih tzu, Seraphina has had anxiety since she did six months of chemotherapy and treatment for Lymphoma four years ago. Thankfully she is still in remission but vet offices and grooming salons make her nervous. Ms. Gayla has been Seraphina's groomer for nine years and Seraphina loves her. Gayla takes her time, calms Seraphina, is so gentle with her. Gayla makes Seraphina look beautiful. I couldn't be happier.”

“The staff are all extremely helpful and caring, including the reception/admins. They pay attention and remember things about thwir customers and naturally make effort. They do their best successfully to get you an appointment when you need one. Dr. Fry performed a physical exam of my 4 year old golden retriever when she was sick and was able to identify that her lymph nodes were inflamed, even though it didn't seem relevant. She made the decision to biopsy to be safe and ended up saving my girl's life, as although she was very young, she was positive for Lymphoma and wouldn't have made it if we hadn't caught it and started chemo right away with an Oncologist. Highly recommend this vet office and am so happy to have a reliable and trustworthy vet for my babies. Thank you!”
