“I just moved to Weston and needed a local vet. Decided to do a drop by to get a vibe and must say it was a very good decision. I took my Goofy Goober in for her shots and routine checkup and was really impressed with how attentive, friendly and caring the staff and Dr Strauss were. Very informative and thorough! They gave my Bella so many treats I think she gained 5 lb. I have been to a couple of different vets and got to admit that this visit was the best experience I have ever had. They all made her feel so welcomed and relaxed despite getting multiple shots... she didn't complain once. I even got to meet a very well behaved pet squirrel that they adopted and nurtured back to life after a near-death experience on my visit ... They won my dogs heart and my business. Also going to be bringing my other GSD here moving forward. Highly recommend!”

“We live in the Columbus area and happened to be in Fremont when our furry companion got his toenail caught which caused bleeding and much pain. We had never been to Fremont Animal Hospital but they took him in right away and fixed his nail and advised us what to do for him. They were not only very patient with him but with us also. We were so worried about him and they put our minds at ease. After such excellent care they actually called us a few days later to inquire how our fella was doing. All this when they knew it wasn't very likely we would be back or spreading the good word about them in the Fremont area. Awesome people and service. “Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to my first baby last night. Although the wait time was above average ( which is out of their control) the staff did everything possible to safe my Tj. They are the first one who noticed and worried about the pins. No accident ever happened for few years with the pins but because they concerned, I decided to respect their request and removed it. “I visited the Bed and Biscut boarding to board my special needs pooch because we wanted a veterinarian to be available in case of emergent needs. We were recommended by my vet office who is 3 miles away. The staff are friendly. The dogs are happy. The place is clean, no odors. I was even greeted by 4 of the dogs from day care. It was a wonderful time. The lady that gave me a tour greeted every dog as we passed by their run. She knew the names of everyone of them and she told me a little about them like their likes and favorite things. You can see the genuine love for these pet guests. They told me that they take care of lots of special needs dogs just like mine. I'm looking forward to doing business with them.”

“Was the fourth vet I called on a Saturday after my dog was bitten, they were the only ones that could see him. Extremely compassionate, straightforward and got my pup fixed up quickly, provided the meds too. I was a disaster when I showed up because I was so worried and frazzled by the dog attack, the vet tech gave me the biggest hug and it made all the difference. Only a few more days till he's out of the cone. We'll return!”

“Dr. Crabtree and his staff are so AMAZING! i can not express my gratitude for these amazing People at this veterinarian facility! My little Dog was injured by a bigger dog i was freaking out! I called every vet clinic and they all told me the same thing " we have no open appointments today take her to the ER vet" as we all know ER vet is EXPENSIVE and we dont have that kind of money and payment plans dont usually work with the ER vets. Right before i was pulling out to rush her there i called Dr. Crabtree and explain to them the situation immediately told me to head that way and they will fit her in keep in mind every vet didnt have a available appointment but this Wonderful clinic took her and fit her into their busy schedule and and fixed her up. With a price we are able to afford she is beyond okay and is doing great! Dr crabtree also calmed me down as i was emotional if you want a vet that is about the animals i highly recommend Dr. Crabtree and his staff!”

“I brought my 2 year old shiba inu here, who previously did not do good at another vet. Dr Ben, and his tech Abby did PHENOMENAL at making her feel comfortable, and loved. Gave her numerous treats (with our okay) and plenty of pets. Our previous vet required bloodwork every 6 months for a medications she used to be on, and we were asking about bloodwork. Dr. bend went through a few questions with us, and explained how she doesn't fit the criteria for bloodwork, however if we wanted it he would be more than willing. My kiddo loved it there. We’ve recently been back for our recheck exam (free of charge - unlike any vet in the area) and she did great yet again. She loves it here which makes us love it here. Norwood takes your considerations into play, along with your worries, and your pets care. We are so happy we have found this vet.”

“When I brought my 19 year old cat Jinx to Dr. Coe he had been barely eating, bleeding out of his mouth and not cleaning himself. A DIFFERENT VET OFFICE was insensitive and told me jinx has cancer without testing. Dr. Coe was amazing and gave me options on what could be going on with jinx, I decided not to put him through the blood testing, she was very supportive of my decision and sensitive to how I felt, she still gave jinx anti-biotic and it has helped him so much. He is eating regularly again, cleaning himself and in a great mood and has been about the house more. I am so thankful I brought jinx here, had I not things could have taken a turn. I don’t know how much longer I have with him but I’m thankful she helped bring more quality to his life!! He looks so good in these pictures compared to a couple days ago. Thank you!! I will be bringing my other cats here for good!”
