“The CARES team is absolutely amazing. They took such great care of our pup and we highly recommend this group. Our pup had a grade 1 soft tissue sarcoma and CARES scheduled a consult in 11 days. After the initial consult, our pup was in for same day surgery. The wait time inside the clinic was minimal which was great because we traveled 2 hrs for this appointment. The team was very kind and passionate about helping us determine the best care for our dog and transparent about price. They stayed in contact with us after surgery to continue to check in and assess any concerns we had and offered multiple times to speak with our local vet regarding bandage change and suture removal of needed. I've had terrible experiences taking my cats to various vets and feel traumatized, so their gentle caring easy going nature made every bit of difference. My baby boy ended up having leukemia and we gave him mercy. It was late and cleaning crew was there, but they weren't concerned with the time we wanted to take with our baby. “Saw Dr. Loftin in the office of a veterinarian in Fayetteville, NC, he comes to her office 1-2 times per month. I can honestly say that in my over 30+ years of owning numerous dogs, and fostering dogs for years, this was the most genuinely nice and honest veterinarian I’ve ever met! He immediately sat down on the floor with our foster dog and went through everything the rescue had questions about during our consultation with him. He was very honest, not pushy at all, very kind and most importantly: a dog loving person! If any of my own 3 dogs needs surgery in the future; I’ll make sure to book it with Dr. Loftin! He was A+++ in my book. Very knowledgeable and kind.”

“I have been a loyal customer of crossroads since about 2010. My dog-son Yoshi is now 12 years old and he has always had great care here. Everyone is so loving and nice. About 2 months ago, Yoshi was sick with a bacterial infection in his gut. Luckily it was only based on his food and Dr. Gail took such great care of my baby. She prescribed some specific dog food, gave him meds and he got better in about 2 days. She even texted me his progress throughout the day since I live in DC (Yoshi lives here with my family). They also have taken great care of his teeth! He’s old so of course his teeth are getting bad but with their help, they keep him “smiling!” Last weekend, Dr. Diaz helped Yoshi with his allergies and said the rest of his health looks great and that couldn’t have happened without them! Every staff member has been such a delight! Yoshi hates the crate so they all have gotten to know him very well. In my opinion he is like the clinics mascot. I hope to keep Yoshi here for as long as I can. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of how often they change veterinarians in the office. However, even with the frequent changes, the care is amazing! Thanks Crossroads!”
