My Charlie’s case is extremely complicated and even though she could not help him, she was very empathetic and made the necessary recommendation to a veterinary surgeon and wrote a detailed letter. Her staff followed up to make sure the pharmacy called me and to ask if I needed anything else from them regarding the recommendation. I have no doubt if they could have done anything more for Charlie they would have. I would recommend others with pets that have other complicated skin issues to reach out for a consult. I feel the consult fee is reasonable, considering it’s nearly the same price as my regular vet.”

“I have two dogs and have brought them both here for their annual exams and vaccines, and an additional visit for a small lump on one of my dogs legs. Dr. Grove was excellent and incredibly informative and great about explaining what she thought it may be, different treatment options and their prices, and was not pushy at all with pursuing treatment as the issue was not serious or urgent. I have not had to wait long at all when I come for an appointment, and even during COVID, the office has been very timely and they adjusted well with doing curbside appointments. They come get your pet from your car and once they are done, you can pay from your car as well. I believe their prices to be very reasonable and the care has always been positive.”

“I’ve used Animal Kind Veterinary Hospital in the past for my dog and hamster and they were great. Bringing home our new puppy recently, I knew I wanted to bring her to Animal Kind. Although it was difficult not being able to be with her during her exam due to current times, I was confident that she was being well cared for. The doctor called me during her visit to ask if I had any questions/concerns and to explain what was happening during her visit. When Lucy came out she was happy so I know she was in good hands. I was later able to email the doctor with additional questions, and received a prompt response to all my questions. I would recommend Animal Kind to anyone with a new pet.”

We had excellent service, received an itemized bill and quote prior to any services rendered, the vet provided a detailed description on the procedure and took the time from his busy schedule to answer all questions, and the vet techs were extremely kind and empathetic. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment! The price was also equivalent to what we would pay at our primary vet.”

“The service was extensive and thorough. The pricing for said services was very high. I do realize it's an EMERGENCY after hours service, but they're only open after hours. When your Dog is hurting, you'll do almost anything to make it stop, but I feel exorbitant pricing is just taking advantage. Again, the Dr. was thorough and seemed to identify the issue ( Although 2 days later some of the issues still exist). just would hope for fairer pricing, closer to a normal Vet Service.”

“Dr. Leopard explained and showed us how to tube feed our neonate kitten and allowed me to record her demonstration to ensure our kitten has the best chance at life. She was kind and professional, and gave us a tube feeding kit and new syringes with nipples to allow our kitten to learn to nurse safely. She also gave us a safer alternative to our powdered formula to feed him until he is stronger. The office cats are also a huge plus to the visit.”
