“I see Hula Truck at OTG all the time, but never tried them until today. I got Da Situation (with your choice of meat, in this case I got Kalua Pork). It's tater tots topped with onions, shredded cheese, peppers, and a mountain of meat! ($9.75) Ratio of pork to tots is on point. Often times when I get Kalua pork at places, the pork is really dry. Not here! The pork was pleasantly moist, and well seasoned. The tater tots are nice and crispy. There's shredded cheese on here, but I wish it was a little more melted. All in all though, it's a good dish! Their hot sauce is decently hot, wow. I wish I got a bit more. 😅 Food was great, service was on point. Didn't have to wait too long for the food. I would definitely come back!”
