But Will had this bottomless well of patience that he kept dipping into, even when the chaos really started to dial up! He found endless ways to redirect, support their needs, and honor their input. Will has an ability to create connection with and between people that makes everything he’s involved in feel like a completely safe space to explore, take risks, and be seen.
