I was so close to actually becoming homeless… I know it sounds over dramatic but believe me when I say Broadveiw Apt. really is an incredible place to live and really worked out for me. Shortly after I moved in I unexpectedly became extremely ill and if it had not been for Broadveiw Apts. I don’t know if I’d have survived my illness. Just knowing I had a wonderful place & neighbors to come “HOME” to was such a comforting factor in my recovery. I say “THANK YOU” for Broadveiw Apartments!!!”

She cut it as I suggested and did so efficiently. The price she charged was about half of what I was expecting. I am so pleased with Dee and how accommodating and nice she was.”

“Great neighborhood pub with the BEST BLT. My dad is pretty picky about his BLT. He likes things done the traditional way and this place nails the bread, bacon and all the ratios for the tastiest BLT. You can’t go wrong. And the fries are out of this world. Classic comfort food. The chili is my mom’s fave with a nice cold beer. The service is terrific- they always remember us, even if it’s been a while. I was just there recently and they asked how my parents were doing. It’s your local version of Cheers where you’re safe and taken care of. I love this place. Total gem!”

“I haven't lived here, only toured the community. It would have been a better practice to print or email the quote for me during the in-person tour - I asked the property manager to do either and she said she would email the information to me. Upon checking my email later, I found that I got a generic email asking me about my availability for a tour (which I had completed earlier that day). I responded to the email, inquiring about the presented quotes and I got another generic email not referencing what we had discussed. The tour was great and I thought the community as a whole had a great potential to be an excellent place to live, but the communication afterwards was disappointing which is a significant deterrent to a potential tenant. I found it worrisome because if communication is poor, any issues or concerns become a nightmare.”

“Ok, I'm changing my negative 2 star review I posted 1 year ago. I have removed that negative review btw. I gave this place 2 stars from the get go, honestly not even going here in the 1st place, just because they do not have shakes on their menu 😔 Which is a big deal for me. That's why Taco Bell is not my all time fast food restaurant. They could be, but again...no shakes. However, my wife dragged me here today. And being the old geezer that I am, I forgot about this review. Anyway, I ordered the simple chicken sandwich with fries, not having any high expectations. I was totally caught off guard on how good this meal was. It was just a chicken sandwich and crinkle fries. But man, it was really good! The sandwich has 3 large strips of what they call the "fillet mignon" of the chicken. Well that was correct 💯 And the spices and sauce on the chicken, AND the spices on the fries🍟was delicious 😋 I will have to try the Cole slaw next time For sure I give this $9.99 meal a 10 out of 10 for a great value delicious meal. The atmosphere was typical, and the men's bathroom was out of order. Everything was clean, and the acodoment counter was well stocked. The cashier was fine. Not friendly or unfriendly,but at least efficient. My wife's chicken salad looked too good with solid greens, and the same chicken with a different sauce of course. Anyway, do I recommend this little chicken joint? That's a big 10-4! Most definitely! And I'm sorry Huey Magoo's for the bad rating without even actually trying the food 1st. But I still don't like the fact that there are no shakes available 😔”

“Had a great experience with this company- needed to update the bathrooms (bathtub and shower, each with lots of tile) and Formica kitchen countertop in an old house we were remodeling. Made such a huge difference and have received a ton of compliments!!. Price was extremely reasonable. Initial quote was done quickly and job started shortly after giving the go ahead. Workers were prompt and knocked the entire job out quickly. Would definitely recommend!”
