All the exercises work multiple muscle groups at the same time and you combine that with the interval training and I'm burning lots of calories. It's not uncommon for me to burn 700 to 950 calories in a 36 minute period! I know this is true because my heart rate is being monitored throughout the workout and I can see it on the large tv screens. The program is effective and it's fast.
