“Last night (Monday Dec. 20th) at around 7 to 7:30 pm my friend and I stopped to get gas and snacks. While we were in the store, the cashier who was working at the time (a blonde woman, didn’t catch her name) told us to keep an eye out for a guy she had just cashed out because he seemed angry and suspicious. As we checked out he sat in his car and didn’t leave so the cashier said she got a bad vibe and told us she would walk us out to make sure we got to our car safely. As soon as the guy saw us leaving with the cashier he pulled out and drove away, staring at us the whole way past. Pretty sure he would’ve tried to follow us or do something sketchy had she not offered to walk us out. She was super nice and I really appreciate her concern and efforts to help us! I really wish I had gotten her name so I could leave her a more specific good review. I hope the manager sees this and knows who she is.”

“Stopped by this morning & got good customer service from the teller. Friendly & helped me with my transactions. She even verified my address which no other location does. The teller helped my with my expired debt card which was my own fault, not theirs. I failed to activate my new card once I received in mail. The teller issued me a temp card & told me a new one was on the way, but not to forget to activate once I receive. Teller went out of her way to activate temp card for me. I've had this account for 5 years and I never have issues or so called hidden fees. This bank offers a mobile app & I view my account daily and NEVER see any charges or hidden fees”

“Today I walked into this branch looking for information regarding their checking and savings accounts. Personally, I was shopping around for a new bank to do business with and was pretty uncertain with who I'd like to go with. I walked into this branch and was greeted by Matt B. He immediately came off as a genuine and empathetic representative who walked me through all of their service offerings and professionally explained, quite literally, all of the ins and outs of being an account holder. Needless to say, I am now part of the Citizens Bank family and am very happy to be assisted by a genuine representative. It's truly refreshing to work with someone who you can trust, especially during uncertain times like these. I've called Matt B. at least a few times today with questions I have had randomly throughout the day which were answered promptly. Highly recommend you see and talk to Matt regarding any banking concerns; we all work hard for our money, so it's very nice to have someone work very hard to make sure you keep it.”

“I had seen Many Positive Reviews about their food so Figured I would Try it Out. Ordered their Burger which comes in either 8, or 12 oz. and it's Made Fresh to Order using Angus Beef. What a Surprise. (Since it's made to Order it Does take about 15min.). Anyway. I ordered the 12oz. Which turned out to be Huge. With Cheese, Jalapenos, Onions, Lettuce, and Pickles, as well as a Side of Fries, and Drink. Hoooo. A Lot of food it turns out. Not Cheap. But, Worth It... Will Definitely Go Back During the Week for their Burritos which I've Heard a Lot of Good Things About.”

“My husband and I recently had to deal with over $900 fraudulent charges when someone stole my bank card. Literally spent $900 in just a few hours 😔😕 its Thanksgiving week and although I am not fond of their dispute policies (we may have to wait 6 months to see our money again) and they will not cover you. I had to go to the milford office to file dispute papers. The ladies actually called around to many other managers to see what they could do for us in the meantime. They cashed us an "honest check" for the full amount of what was taken....now my family can still enjoy Thanksgiving. I have since then filed a police report and have yet to hear back from corporate or see my money back but it was very nice of them to go out of their way to help our family.”
