Yesterday, I had an appointment with personal banker, Michelle Cerna, to handle closing my deceased mom's bank accounts. Michelle called me ahead of time to discuss my banking needs so that she could make sure my banking needs and to make sure I brought the necessary paperwork to complete the transactions.
