“We ordered one Blemon Meringue and one Coconut Key Lime pie, and they were both delicious! Ordering online was simple and pickup was easy (although unconventional) and seamless. Blemon Meringue: the lemon curd is nice and tart and the blueberry compote and meringue add some sweetness. Really, really good. Coconut Key Lime: Also nice and tart, with a hint of bitterness from (I assume) the lime zest. It's a really good balance, and the coconut in the pie crust is a really nice touch. Although there aren't a whole lot of reviews, I would highly recommend Fancy Pies if you're looking for excellent pies while support local businesses!”

“Their ginormous apple danish is my favorite treat to get here(!), but this time I also picked out a apple turnover too. Both were absolutely delicious and had lots of apple slices/chunks in them. Very clean and neat store. The only critique I’d have is I wish they always had labels for every baked good that is set out in the area where they put the cookies and sweet rolls etc. Often times (like the most recent time I visited) it’s kind of a mystery or there’s no label at all for most items that I can see. It’s just a quick convenience thing though. Looking forward to trying their quiche another time too!”

“My family and I took the pizza making class as a part of a fundraiser for the library. The class and instructor were wonderful. The instructor shared ideas for the experienced chef and took her time to explain things and engage the children in the class. We had a blast and it ended with a delicious dinner. It sure will be hard to eat take out pizza now that we have tasted the best!”

“As you pull up through the drive thru or to the counter there is no lack of manners from the staff. Whoever is taking care of you, takes care of you with a nice big smile. As for the coffee, I haven't had the opportunity to try anything other than the mint chip chiller as mint is one of my favorite flavors, but after trying it I was very pleased that the flavor of the coffee beans did not appear to taste over roasted and was very smooth. Now when getting a drink with flavoring I am often worried that it would be too sweet as my sweet tooth is not where it was in younger years. To my satisfaction I was able to enjoy the drink without feeling as though I was swallowing tons of sugar with every gulp. The sweetness was subtle without an overbearing taste of sugar. I will be returning as I have often done and hopefully will try something new if I can bring myself not to get the mint chip.”

Bread puddings maybe a little too soft/mushy for some but it's actually really delicious and flavorful without being super sweet - I'd recommend a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cup of hot tea (no sugar) for a perfect combo.”

“Umm, I'm Pretty sure I just experienced the BEST chocolate chip cookie that exists! It's a mound of a cookie, crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside. Seriously, SO delicious! Vidash Bakery is going to be a new stop on my weekly radar! Especially since it's right by New Walk Church. Oh, and the African Sweet Bread...delicious! It's like a traditional white bread, a little more dense, with just a touch of sweetness. Also, the owners are super sweet!”

There are a few basic vegan options: soup, salads,sandwiches. I appreciate that they’re labeled. They also offer oat milk (or some type of plant-based milk) for the beverages. Lots of equally quaint places to pop into nearby if you have a bit of a wait. Got pretty crowded on a Sunday. Loved seeing everyone dressed in their Sunday best for brunch. Only possible drawbacks were the flies outside in the heat and possible difficulty parking-none directly related to the restaurant. Made me feel like I was transported out of Miami.”
