“I’m always in search of a good bagel. Heard a lot about this place so of course I gave it a try. Bagel has a nice shine no bubble marks though I like to see the bubble marks. Asked for a everything bagel however was disappointed because there was barely any everything seasoning on it . As far as bite good bite soft on the inside and definitely good taste to it. I give this bagel a 7 which is a good score in my book. My suggestion for them would just be add more everything seasoning and your score will go up.”

I shop at this location 2-4 times per week for items ranging from advil to slurpees to six-packs of regional craft beer. This 7-11 has local ownership but still goes with national 7-11 sales. Two Troy 7-11's do not do this. OK,,,, just read other reviews,,, the owners possible children are not employed here. The owner may, or may not, have children, but none of them work there; I have directly asked the listed owner in casual conversation. I have never had a problem when purchasing a tobacco product.The staff, even when new, has always been respectful when I have made any type of purchase.”

“When I contacted Maria, I had had a broken foot months earlier and discomfort on my life side from my hip down my IT band, Knee with weakness in my ankle and foot. I met with Maria for several sessions. Each session provided questioning, strength building, conversation and a protocol for me to follow. She gave me stretches and strengthening exercises that I could do in my own home or gym at my own time. Each session added on the last and through this process, I gained my strength back in these specific areas of my body. The sessions gave me confidence that I could do this routine and get my strength back. We think of strength in our bodies with an overall fit appearance and ability. The strength I needed was specific and also subtle. I have these tools that I still do at home and that I can start doing again if I feel any weakness again. These sessions with Maria are informative, strengthening and empowering.”
