It is very rare to find a used car dealership that gives a warranty let alone a free warranty. They give you 18 months or 18000 miles whichever comes first! “5 stars. E & J is originally from Kenosha as I understand, providing incredible service, selection, and filling the extremely large void for QUALITY used car options in the heart of Racine. Make no mistake, these are used cars and as such, you may need to spend a bit after the purchase to shore up for the long term. As with most all vehicles they will last as long as you treat them well. Mine was no different, I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trax. Shortly thereafter, I had a couple worn hoses replaced, fluid replacements, tire changes, and within the next 10,000 miles some front end maintenance. All this for a 95000~ mile car at about 11k$ and I have to say I am completely satisfied. The owners were nothing but friendly and informative from the moment we shook hands. I am not well versed in car purchasing procedure but I will hands down say of all experiences I’ve had, this was the best without a doubt. Never once did I feel pressured, never once did I feel deceived. If you visit here with reasonable expectations they will be more than exceeded. Great Cars, Great People.”

“I was a client looking to buy my first car and after doing my research on the model, makes, prices, miles, dealerships, and all else I finally zoned in on a nice salsa red Beetle they had for sale. As first car purchase experiences go, I was a little nervous and prepared for being oversold or the dealer not being honest with any problems or details we might know about it but that was not the case at all! All staff went above and beyond to ensure I and the person I went with knew every detail of the Beetle we were looking at down from the work they've done to it and the cost to maintain it. Very accommodating too as I've forgotten to make an appointment to come in but they let us in without one anyways. Even down to the day to pick up the car they stayed an hour past closing as we were running late and did so with a smile and any other questions we had answered. The car itself was very clean, well kept and at a fair price; a surprise to me considering how beetles with higher mileage at a certain price often are in rougher shape. The only fix needed was it's headlights which they replaced within days of interest and was able to pick it up not three days later. It's been about a month since purchase and there has been no problems at all with my little salsa red beetle! Im very happy with my overall experience and I'd recommend anyone buying their first car or otherwise to definitely consider Chicago Motors Direct! : )”
