“I got a trailer hitch added to my Rogue this fall, and Kirby’s quoted a price and let me know my options regarding the timeline for getting it done. I got a quote elsewhere, and the price was similar. I went with Kirby’s because the reviews were better, and I like small businesses. When I actually had the hitch installed, they alerted me to another possible issue as a courtesy but did not pressure me into buying anything or even getting the work done with them. And then, when I went to pay, they told me to make the check for $100 LESS than they’d quoted me! They said the wiring went faster than anticipated and so the install was not as expensive. They could have easily stuck to the quoted price and made an extra hundred bucks, but instead they were upfront and honest. Very refreshing! I’m pleased with the work and used the hitch to haul a trailer from CO to TN with no issues. I’d recommend them to anyone needing hitch installation for sure!”

We were meet by Butch the owner, we told him we are looking for a v nose snowmobile trailer 14 or 16 foot. He didn't have any on hand but possibly getting some in about a month. He did show us what he had on the lot. We ended up with a hybrid model had some hail damage but that didn't matter to us. We were happy with the price, he took our old trailer on trade and fair on that as well.Butch is a friendly, knowledgeable guy. Happy to come back in the future. “I needed an inspection of an RV I intended to purchase and Reese was referred to me by the RV dealer. Upon contacting Reese I told him I needed an RV inspection done as soon as possible. Reese was able to come the following day. I shadowed Reese throughout the inspection and found him to be very thorough. Not only was he happy to explain everything he was looking for he also taught me a lot about RV’s and things to watch for and monitor. I also paid Reese to complete a compound analysis of motor oil and transmission fluid. The engine oil analysis came back substandard and Reese put me in touch with the owner of the oil analysis company so I could get further details on the findings. The oil in the vehicle had not been recently changed. I provided the information to the dealership and they changed the oil and had another analysis completed. The second oil analysis returned at an acceptable level. The RV dealership paid to extend my vehicle warranty as a result of the inspection. Throughout the process Reese was cordial, professional and thorough. His inspection gave me the confidence to purchase the 2007 motorhome. His findings prompted the dealership to extend the warranty and change the oil. I would never purchase an RV, new or used without an inspection now. “It has been over 5 years since I purchased my 2 sea doo’s from Riva Key Largo and I received a letter from bombardier for something About a recall resonators almost 2 years ago and finally I was able to came back and once again they greeted us like the first day and make me and my wife feel like home. Lady in charge of warranty explained what was about and they went above and beyond when it wasn’t their obligation to open 2 repair orders and the same gentleman that delivered the skis over 5 years ago he was awesome by performing full diagnose on both electrical system with the bombardier scanner and he make sure the skis where perfect and also inspected the exhaust system and resonators took pictures and documentation was save for future reference. Everything was complementary at no charge. I don’t regret recommending this place to all my friends for all this past years. Thumbs up for RIVA KEY LARGO you guys are second to non. Parts department gentleman was awesome too he was super friendly and found me some small parts I needed in no time. Thank very much. “Writing this on my son's behalf. Earlier this month he purchased a 2017 MB C300 with 96k miles. The purchase process was easy and low pressure. We came in with pre-approved financing but they checked to see if they could score a better interest rate, which was also wonderful. We took the car in this week for an inspection (yeah after buying it, but hey...) and the "B" service and the shop we took it to was taken back on how great of condition it was in for having almost 100k miles and surprising had no further service recommendations.
