“In the past, buying a car has always been an unpleasant experience for me, with over zealous sales people, number games and just an overall feeling of dishonesty. In light of this, I don't even know where to begin in describing how different Hyundai of Jasper is. My husband and I purchased a car from them, and within the first week discovered some problems. I immediately thought this would turn into a nightmare situation. But boy was I wrong! Not only were they completely understanding, every single person at the dealership from the Service Advisor, all the way up to Mr. Callahan, the owner, went above and beyond to make the situation right, and to make sure we were satisfied customers. It Is so out of the ordinary of what most people experience with car dealerships, that as I have shared my story with friends and family, all I get is jaws dropping in disbelief. I could rattle off a long list of companies that just in the last two years have offered such horrible (I would say nonexistent) customer service, that this experience single-handedly has restored my faith in humanity. It was as if we were transported back to a time when people truly cared about their customers. That is very unusual these days. I need to specifically call out the team there...Katrina, Sam, Steve, John and Mr. Callahan are top notch, professional, caring and so personable that it feels more like visiting with old friends rather making a business deal.
