“I just bought a truck to use to tow our camper. I drove 4 hrs with staying over the night before so I could be there early Monday morning. This was all right after new years and when I had talked to Andy the Friday before I had said see you early Monday morning. Now Andy being human spaced they were closed Monday because of new years and texted me Monday to let me know as I was parked in there parking lot. Granted I live 4 hrs away took the day off work stayed over the night before to get this truck. Now I was mad as you can believe!! Tuesday they were to call and give me my deposit back. Tuesday came Juan called me very apologetic and willing to win back my business. They offered to bring the truck to me and I could look at it and told me if I didn't like it I wouldn't have to take it granted I'm 4 hrs from them!! So I offered to meet them half way to be fair and Saturday morning they drove the truck to me brought the paper work and now I have my truck!! Very pleased with them and there over the top willingness to help fix a wrong. People are human and make mistakes but Juan and Andy made it right in my book and next vehicle we will look at them again for one!!!”

“My husband and I came to see one of their cars and I spoke with Kim earlier on the phone that day to assure the car I wanted was still available before making an unnecessary trip. As soon as we walked in she was there standing by the door to greet us. While she was getting the keys, Charlie was very good at making conversation and make sure we weren't awkwardly standing there. 40 minutes later, we were buying the car! Kim was so helpful and so nice while we were doing the test drive. Her answers were very honest. I really liked that. While we were signing Charlie was the one who did all the paperwork. “I ordered a new car from Liberty Ford Aurora in July of '21 and it arrived in April of '22. I read that some dealers around the country were marking up their pending order sales orders, going above sticker price. Liberty honored the price that we agreed on and honored the interest rate that they were offering when my order was placed. The interest rate had increased from 0.9% to over 5% but they were good to their word and kept my rate as agreed. I didn't even have to ask them to honor it. The sales people (I got to know a handful of them) were all laid back and obviously customer service oriented. The dealership always had a noticeably relaxed atmosphere. My only complaint was the sales guy who tried to sell me the Ford extended coverage plan. He was using some textbook high pressure car dealer strategies and it took way too much effort to get out of that conversation. A sales manager named AJ was especially helpful when I was selecting the options on my order, and in keeping me apprised of the status of my order during the long wait. Nathan and Chris on the sales team were great to work with. Both went above and beyond and were low pressure. Last thing, just remembered: they installed a handful of accessories (bed cover, etc.) that I had purchased directly from the Ford website due to supply chain scarcities. Liberty's installation charges were very reasonable and they did it very quickly so I could drive my new car home that day. Excellent, honest dealership in my experience. I'll gladly return when I upgrade to a new Maverick in a few years.”
