“I had a real good experience buying my XJ at Napleton! I checked their inventory on-line and they had the car i wanted. When I called I was directed to a random sales guy named Brandon. I live an hour and twenty minutes from the dealership so i was a little hesitant making the trip to see the car. After talking to the sales guy I felt he was being straight forward on the phone so I made the trip. I had done my homework and I knew what i wanted for my trade-in and I knew what i wanted to pay for the new car. When i got there the car was clean, drove great so we cut the deal and i bought the car. What sold me on the dealership is what happened next! While driving to work the next day i realized that the Blind Spot Indicators weren't working properly. I called my sales guy that morning, he had someone from the service department meet me with a loaner car, they fixed the problem and delivered my car back to me the next day! In my mind that's the sign of a great dealership! They could have easily said "drop the car off and we will take care of it", but they knew i lived far away and they made it convenient for me, not them! I was very impressed!”
