The little things that add up to whether it’s bad or good or great service. There was a small wait after I arrived. It’s amazing that it was a small wait judging by the number of cars lining up for service. John Solis checked me in for my 5000 mile service. I like John. Always friendly, just the right amount of small talk and efficient at his job. What more can you ask for? The projected time was 2 hours and the service was completed in just over an hour. They have amenities in the waiting room such as TV but in this day and age most everyone had a laptop open or were gazing at their smart phones. My experience this time was same as the previous times I have come in for service. Personnel is always professional and the vehicle service is top notch. Yes I would recommend Toyota of Poway to anyone looking to buy or service their Toyota.”

First off Marcus has been great at keeping me in the loop on how things were going during the loft process. When I got it back all I could say was WOW!
