Answered all million questions. I told him I had one more car to look at. No high pressure sales tactics. Later that evening he texted me (my preference) and asked if I had any questions. Again, no pressure. Monday I called and told him I wanted the car. We worked everything out. But, I couldn’t get there until Wednesday and my husband works long shift hours. Jose Basanta-Perez promised to have our company shuttle ready in no more than 24 hours. I was dropping it off for recall work. I was asked if I had someone to pick me up and I told them I would take an Uber back to my office. They called and paid for the Uber. The work was completed in less than 6 hours. The last time I took the shuttle to one of their competitors they had it in their shop for two months. From now on Plantation and Jose will be my go to place for Ford service.”
