The one that caught my eye was exactly what he said. What impressed me the most though was when his honesty really showed. Today was a rainy day. When I went to the bank to get the money for the car he noticed that the window had a small leak. When I came back from the bank I came inside ready to sign the papers for an "as is" car. Before he allowed us to go further he made sure I knew about the leak and showed me. My service rep was friendly and polite, yet not overbearing. UPDATE: I came in for an oil change and Braeden greeted me like family. He helped me know what I needed to get done and outlined my next visit so I could be prepared. I always have a wonderful experience at Germain Nissan. I expected to wait longer, but was finished before I could even get into my work. UPDATE: I went in for general maintenance and got my car in and out in no time. I was able to get home in time for a zoom meeting. UPDATE 2021:I went in because my lease was ending and I needed a new vehicle. Steve Mendoza took time with me to find the vehicle I wanted. Being practical, I usually pick black vehicles, but this time I was attracted to the brilliant blue on the new Rogue. He worked with me and my husband to get me into that vehicle at a price point I could live with. I have been with the Nissan brand since 2007 and have leased 3 vehicles through Germain. You never disappoint!”

Mike and the entire service team are amazing. Genuinely good guys. They even helped me hook up my breakaway brake connection better as I was hitching up and gave me a new hook (no charge and I didn't even ask).
