“Found a 2008 Toyota 4 Runner at this dealership. I am out of state so this was a fully sight unseen purchase. They were responsive, accommodated a pre-purchase inspection, sent me paperwork via. Fedex, coordinated with my auto transport guy, and generally made the process smooth and enjoyable. I received the vehicle today and it is in excellent shape. I was looking specifically for a 4th generation 4Runner, and this 2008 is in phenomenal shape with only 120k miles. Zero rust, no hidden surprises, looks, runs, and drives great! “I just wanted to say thank you to Tom at TK/RV for helping me over the phone with the water issue I had with my RV. Tom took time to not only explain how to do the fix step by step but, to also make sure I understood what he was saying. I never felt rushed when I would ask questions and, he was very understanding given my situation which was one of the things I appreciated the most. I had injured my right leg awhile back and, rely on crutches to get around. I informed Tom of my situation when he said that he could instruct me on what to do over the phone and, not once had he sounded like it was too much of a hassle to deal with. Instead, he took the time to explain the steps and made sure I understood and, said to try it and give him a call back afterwards to see if it worked. Of course I ended up running into small issues that prevented the fix on the first go but, every time I called Tom back, I never once heard nor picked up that it was too much to deal with. It took time for me to figure out how to not only do the work but to get my tools from inside my RV to outside which Tom was very understanding. Finally, I was able to fix my water issue with the help from Tom over the phone. Not only did Tom help me fix my water issue, he helped me save money by instructing me over the phone on how I can do it myself. That right there was the main thing I had appreciated the most about Tom. Overall, I was very satisfied with the customer service from Tom at TK/RV and his understanding of my leg injury and, that it took more time with me given my situation. As I said earlier in my review, Tom nerve once made me feel like it was too much of a bother with me and, that to me is outstanding customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Tom at TK/RV to anyone who is looking for a great place with outstanding customer service for RV repairs.”

“I bought first my car at the Intellexim Auto 6 years ago. The Lexus I bought was in excellent condition even though it was listed as original title with a previous salvage history on it. At first I was very surprised with the low price they were offering, and I decided to check it with my mechanic. After checking everything we found it in a very good condition with only 30,000 miles on it without any other problems. The seller was very polite and showed me the pictures how the car was before and what they did to fix it. For me it was a great deal, I thought hey, it's a pretty great deal to buy a used car with new parts on it and save $3,000 compared to other average competitors. I was happy to have my Lexus for 6 years and did not have any problems with it. My second car I bought from Intellexim was a Jeep 2015 with 46,000 miles on it. And again, $6000 lower than the average market! I am driving my car a year now and it is in perfect condition, almost new. What I like about this place is their cars are well taken care of and cleaned so well that they feel like new. I recommend this car dealership to everyone and all my friends! -Ryan”
