“I recently came in to buy a Range Rover sport. I was assigned to work with the sales rep Alan. He not only sold me a Range Rover sport but helped me customize the exact one I wanted. I was told the car would be in after Jan 15th. He not only made the process seamless but also got me the car before Xmas. He was as excited to get me my car as I was to get it. The manager Mr stackhouse was awesome also. Buying a car should be a great experience but usually is never. This was a great experience from start to finish. If the cat lives up to the service. This was my first time buying a vehicle and they made it low pressure and just plain easy. The first car we test drove (overnight to really get a feel for it) didn't work out. John connected with us to get a feel for what we were looking for. After giving him our ideal car he called us the next day with a car he had in mind! We picked it up Friday night, test drove it overnight, and went back to buy it Saturday. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Even going over our paperwork was easy. “Coming into any place of business to spend money can be stressful before even having the conversation. I was happy to be greeted by the friendly staff at Boucher. They offered me excellent service before working on my vehicle by driving my car to the service door. Jason (Service Department) is always so lovely to me. He speaks to me with great respect and seems to be truly sincere in communicating with me. Jason located a loaner vehicle as I requested so that I could get back to work. He offered great directions on how to properly use the gear shift feature for the loaner, which was all new to me. I truly appreciated him updating me via phone call regarding plans for repairing my car during the GM Strike. I'm so happy that I can trust a Service Department and not feeling like I'm about to spend unnecessary money on car repairs.”

“This was my first and may be my last service done at Griffin. Oil change and fix a door lock. Got home and found a 1 X 2 foot Water Shield in my back seat that was not reinstalled. Took it back the next day to install the water shied and wad informed they broke a piece of trim while reinstalling the door panel. It's on order so will have to go back again. Looking today and I see black smudges on the door panel from the mechanic that were not cleaned up. And I didn't get a car wash. Not a good first impression. After returning one more time, all was fixed to my satisfaction. I was given priority service and the repair was done right, and quickly. Service personnel were very appologetic. I am satisfied with the results. Will give them another chance.”

“Remember, the service department is not at the Lexus dealership! But it's close by, just around the corner! We love taking our Lexus here. You just drive up to the garage doors, pull right in and someone will come help you and take you into their office to get the paper work started. We got a loaner car and that process was just as easy. You do have to show your driver's license and proof of insurance. I loved our rental so much that we might be upgrading very very soon! Dropping off the loaner was the same as dropping of my car. Drive right in, they greet you and you wait inside while they bring you your car back inside. *They had a note up saying the car wash was down for a remodel so I was kind of bummed that ours wouldn't be nice and clean when we got back BUT talk about service! They had it sparkling clean when I got it back!! We'll be back next time but at the Lexus dealership for a newer model! ????”
