We called a couple time during the trip and he always answered and walked us through our needs. No surprise charges or fees when we turned the RV in. “What a warm friendly place of business. Caleb is greets with a warm smile. He listens to your concerns and addresses each one fully. This was my first time at the shop, so I was prepared to be over sold on what needed to be done on my car. It was definitely not the case with Caleb. I was very impressed when I received a text (and email) with a complete breakdown of my vehicle inspection, including pictures of each part of the car that was inspected...which was the entire car. My car was taken in for an oil change. The tires needed to be rotated, because the front were wearing out fasted than the back. He did at no additional cost. The only regret is that I did not bring my car to him years ago, when my friend first mentioned AWS. This shop is a great model for what customer service should be at all places of business. “First I’d like to make it clear I got an amazing car I’d thought I’d never have. God definitely is the reason I got this car. I am very skeptical about places because one A LOT of dealers scam people out of hard workers that don’t have much money anyways. However, although I have only had my car for about 2 and a half weeks I am very grateful to have gotten this car. I fully aware of the law the does help car buyers when the car was sold with hidden mechanical issues and such. So far nothing, which is great. The cars are used so I completely am aware they won’t drive like a new car but I pray of my car every day. The people were kind and they helped us a lot with getting rid of the car I had before. The people here were attentive as they could. This is a small business so if your not patient then I suggest setting up an appointment. The guys I felt with were very nice and helpful. Again, this is a business that is hard to find. It’s not Auto nation or other big dealers where you’ll find 25 people waiting for you to get out the car and jump down your throat for you to buy a car that’s out of your price range. I am a big reviewer and will definitely follow up if need be. I hope everyone finds this helpful.”
