“Friendly, helpful staff, with a great Uber/Hertz Car rental program that pays for itself provided you drive for Uber a minimum of 30 hours or more per week. Probably not recommended for Part-time drivers though. The rental includes full insurance, maintenance, and 24 hour roadside assistance. I see that a few other reviewers have left nasty comments however I've been renting the same 2016 vehicle for over 8 months now and have few if any complaints. Its a great way to drive for Uber without putting any of the costly wear and tear or depreciation on your own vehicle”

“I just completed their survey, and wanted to also post this one. We have used Sixt a number of times when we visit our family in Florida. It has always been a great experience. The rates are great, the cars are basically new, the van they use is a new Mercedes van to pick us up and drop us at the airport. Their location is spotless, bright with their colorful orange motif. If I could I would give Sixt a 10 Star Rating. Keep up the good work...we don't need the Hertz's of this world anymore...”

Unfortunately we had an issue with the first vehicle we received, and although it was not budgets fault at all, the staff were very understanding and happy to give us a different vehicle right away. While our experience might have been hampered at first, it was nice to have such an appreciative team of people help us out and get our vacation underway. “Once again, five stars for Alamo! There is no waiting, everyone is friendly, and you get to pick your own car. I sound like a commercial but it's true. When we arrived in Florida shuttle took us to the Alamo Center. The driver was pleasant and handled our bags. The manager brought us to the row of vehicles to pick. We found one with a sunroof and he smiled and told us it was ours. Great experience overall.”

All of the employees were pleasant and helpful. A minor billing problem was resolved a few days later via email in about 30 minutes. You can't go wrong with Enterprise.”

“We rented a Nissan Sentra for 11 days in December 2018. The car was clean and ran well, but smelled like my grandma's purse (Hairspray, cheap perfume and scented tissues). There was only one person working the counter when we picked up the car, so that took a little longer than it should have. Dropping off the car was fast and easy. The best part was the shuttle bus driver who drove us to and from the airport; he was very friendly and customer-focused.”
